Where to Find Inspiration for Your Event Management Dissertation Topics?

Consulting with some friends to help me think of ideas for my thesis, I'm still yet to find event management dissertation topics that will be perfect, as they need to be creative and meaningful. Is there anybody here who has any source, any trend, or has anybody gone through this kind of situation that may inspire any one of you with a new idea???? Any advice would be helpful in advance!
